Orders placed before 11 AM (AEST) are processed and shipped the same day, excluding launch periods and busy periods (e.g. sales, new launches) when processing may take up to 12 business days.
For domestic deliveries, standard shipping takes approximately 2–8 business days. For international deliveries, standard shipping takes approximately 6–27 business days, depending on the destination.
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
